Adding Candidate Notes and Feedback in Keka Hire
Adding candidate notes and feedback in the hiring process is crucial for maintaining a structured and efficient recruitment workflow. As an interviewer in Keka Hire, you can document your observations and evaluations to help other team members assess a candidate effectively. Here’s how you can do it:
1. Navigate to the Job Section
- Go to the Hire module in your Keka Hire dashboard.
- Click on Job to access the list of jobs where you are assigned as an interviewer.
2. Open the Relevant Job Profile
- Locate the job for which you want to update the candidate’s interview stage.
- Click on the job title to open its profile.
3. Adding a Candidate Note

Locate the interview stage where the candidate is listed.

Select the candidate whose details you want to update.

Click on the three-dot menu in the candidate’s profile.

Select Add Note from the dropdown menu.

Enter your observations or any important details regarding the candidate and select who'll be able to see your note.

Click Save to store the note.

You also have the option to click on Send Assessment if you wish to send an evaluation or assessment to the candidate.
Providing Interview Feedback

Navigate to the Feedback Tab

In the candidate’s profile, click on the Feedback tab located beside the Profile tab.

Add Feedback

Click on Add Feedback to share your evaluation of the candidate.

Provide details about the candidate’s performance in the interview, strengths, and areas for improvement.

Submit your feedback to ensure it is available for other hiring team members.
