Geographical Differentials
Within the Payroll Analytics tab, you can access location-specific data for your organization. By choosing the company's location, you can view gender-based information and salary distributions categorized by salary ranges. Below this, a pie chart illustrates employee experience data, which you can click to explore in more detail. On the left side, you'll find employee details categorized by location, including the number of employees, average employee experience, and departmental headcount.
Let us understand these widgets in detail,
First, click on the dropdown arrow placed adjacent to the location and select a location from the drop-down. You will find an option of currency next to the location.
