Enhanced Task Visibility: Phase Details

The integration of phase details into task information provides users with enhanced context, improving task management and overall workflow efficiency. This ensures that users can easily understand a task's position within the project lifecycle without needing to switch between different tabs. By streamlining the task review process, it not only saves time but also helps users make more informed decisions based on complete task information. Ultimately, this feature aims to improve project oversight, increase efficiency, and support better decision-making throughout the task management process.

 

Steps to View:

To view the phase details of tasks, simply navigate to the Me tab and click on the Timesheet section. From there, you can find the Projects Task - Phase information under All timesheets.

 

 

Additionally, you can also view the phase details on the Project tab by navigating to Timesheet approvals under Pending approvals and clicking on the Task.

 

 

The phase details can also be viewed in the Inbox tab by navigating to Take actions, then Timesheet approvals under Resources - Task.
