Keka Hire Integrated with Keka HR Suite

In our continuous effort to provide a more integrated and seamless user experience, we are excited to announce that Keka Hire will now be incorporated directly into the Keka HR suite. This update not only simplifies user experience by centralizing various functionalities but also enhances accessibility to our powerful recruiting tools. Here’s everything you need to know about this significant update. 

Unified Platform to improve efficiency 

Integrated Access: Previously accessible via a separate URL, Keka Hire will now appear as a module within the Keka HR platform. Users will benefit from a single sign-on and centralized access, which reduces the hassle of managing multiple systems and logins. This change is designed to provide a streamlined workflow from recruitment to onboarding, all within one platform. 

Increased Visibility: By integrating Keka Hire into the main Keka HR suite, we aim to increase its visibility among our users. This integration ensures that more users can discover and use Keka Hire’s capabilities, enhancing your recruitment processes.

What’s are the changes in Keka Hire?
 

Roles and Permissions Adjustments: We have refined & moved all the roles and permissions associated with Keka Hire to make them more comprehensive and aligned with the overall Keka HR settings. These include the creation of global roles such as Hire Admin via user roles and permissions also adjustments to existing custom roles to incorporate Hire privileges.  

For Subscribed and Unsubscribed Users: 

Subscribed Users will have immediate access to all the features of Keka Hire they are accustomed to. 

For Unsubscribed Users HR Executive, HR Manager & Global Admins will see a teaser video and descriptions of Keka Hire’s capabilities, offering insights into the potential benefits of the module. 

Preparing for the Change 

Transition Smoothly: Current users of Keka Hire should experience minimal disruption during this transition. All historical data, settings, and configurations will be preserved and seamlessly integrated into the Keka HR environment. 

Feedback and Improvements: As always, we welcome feedback on this new integration. User insights are invaluable in helping us refine and enhance our offerings.

Q: From where can I manage my users and permissions given they are now on one platform?  

A: With the integration of Keka Hire into the Keka HR suite, all user roles previously created in Keka Hire will automatically migrate to the Keka HR portal. The management of these roles and permissions will now be centralized under the Global Settings "Users and Permissions" section of Keka HR. This means that any modifications to privileges or additions of new users for Keka Hire can be conveniently managed from this single location, ensuring a streamlined approach to user administration across your organization.

Q: What happens to my existing data when this transition happens? 

A: Rest assured that all existing data for customers using Keka Hire will be automatically transferred to the integrated system in Keka HR. There is no need for manual reconfiguration or setup of your settings again. This seamless migration is designed to ensure that your transition is as smooth as possible, without disrupting your ongoing recruitment processes.

Q: Where can I find my integrated apps that I used in Keka Hire? 

A: Post-integration, any apps that were previously integrated specifically for Keka Hire will now be located in the "Apps" section of the main Keka HR portal. Consequently, any changes or updates to these integrations will need to be managed through the Apps section of the main platform. This centralization is part of our effort to simplify the management of your HR and recruitment tools, making them more accessible and easier to manage within a single, unified interface.

Q: Are there any additional costs involved with using Keka Hire?

A: No additional costs for existing subscribers! For new users or upgrades, please refer to our pricing page or contact sales for more details.

Q: How can I use existing Keka search bar to search for a candidate? 

A: In the general Keka HR Portal, the search bar will help you find employees and perform actions related to the HR functionalities. This includes searching by employee names, job titles, department, and other HR-related information. However, once you switch to the Hire tab within the same portal, the search functionality adapts to focus on recruitment-specific data. In the Hire search mode, you can look up candidates, their phone numbers, email addresses, and other hiring-related details. This dynamic search capability ensures that you have the right tools at hand depending on your current module, streamlining your navigation and user experience across different sections of the platform.
