Employee Engagement

Analyzing Pulse Data

The gathered pulse data from employees can be analyzed using different metrics, such as overall engagement score, participation rate, and changes in metrics. Additionally, you can explore this data across departments or business units. For a more detailed insight, question-level analytics allow you to see how employees have responded to each question. This article introduces the simplicity and usefulness of these analytics for a comprehensive understanding of employee feedback.

The Pulse is divided into two tabs for easy navigation. The first tab, Engagement Score, comprises overall scores from employee responses. It presents results in user-friendly formats like scores, graphs, and heat maps, offering a clear picture of engagement levels and areas for improvement. The second tab, Question Results, displays all the questions given to employees along with their ratings. This setup ensures a clear and detailed view of both the overall engagement and question-level insights. Let us understand each tab in detail.
