Employee Engagement
Why is the Employee exit survey form is not released to an employee in exit?
An exit survey is important to know the reason why an employee is leaving the organization. This helps us improve employee satisfaction, retention and make better hiring decisions.
Now when an employee is in exit the Exit survey is triggered a number of days before the last working day of the employee which is based on the configuration done in the Exit survey page.
Now in case an exit is processed for an employee and the last working day is within the configured days for the exit survey then the Exit survey form is not triggered.
For example, in an organization the exit survey form is triggered 10 before the last working day of the employee and the employee provided his notice on the 5th of April and requested for the last working day to be the 8th of April which was approved then as this is within the 5 days, the exit survey form is not triggered.
Hope it is now clear why an exit survey form may not be triggered to an employee.
