Where to find the report for attendance locations of employees?

    Employers need to keep track of their employees' attendance locations to monitor attendance, ensure safety, and track productivity. Keka offers a solution for accessing attendance location information. 

    Simply click on the Time Attend (1) tab and go to Reports (2)




    Scroll down to the section labeled Attendance Request Reports and access Remote Clock-ins or Mobile Location Punches to access the necessary reports with attendance location information.



    Clicking on any of these will open up a new window, where you have to select the Date Range and if required, click on Show Advance Filters to get the report for employees of any specific Departments, Business Units, or Locations

    Click Run to generate the report.




    In the generated report, you can use the three dots (1) on the right to show/hide or filter the columns, and next to that you have the Download icon (2) to save the report as excel or PDF.
