Where to find the relieved employee report?

In an organization, employees might exit due to various reasons. To avoid retriving the data of all the relieved employees manually, Keka has a report section, where you can see the list of all the relieved employees. 


Below is the path from where we can find the relieved employee reports


Go to Org (1) section of the Keka Portal, then go to the Dashboard (2), then select the Employee Reports tab (3). 

 

 

 Go to New Joins & Exits as highlighted above, and then scroll down.  


Once you scroll down, Select Relieved Employees option on the as highlighted below

 

 

Once you click Relieved Employees, you will be redirected to the attached screenshot below.  

 

Select Business Unit from the dropdown menu as highlighted below and click on Run 


Note - You may use the Department, Location, Exit type, Exit reason and other filters to generate a report as per your requirement. 


This is how you will be able to see all the employees who are relieved.
