How to View Employee Work Hours Along with Shift, Leave, and Holiday Summary in Keka

Managing employee work hours effectively requires insights into their shifts, leaves, and holiday data. Manually compiling these details for every employee can be tedious and time-consuming. Keka simplifies this process by providing a detailed report that includes timesheet hours along with shift, leave, and holiday summaries for a selected time period.

Follow the steps below to generate and download the report:

Steps to Access and Download the Timesheet Report

  1. Navigate to the Project Section:
    Log in to the Keka portal and go to the Project section from the main menu.

  2. Access the Reports Tab:
    In the Analytics tab, click on Reports, then you will get the Project Work Hours section.




    As you scroll down, you will come across the Timesheet hours with shifts, leaves, and holidays summary.




  3. Apply Filters:
    In the Reports window, you can refine the data by selecting appropriate filters such as:

    • Date Range: Specify the timeframe you wish to review.
    • Business Unit: Choose the relevant unit for which you need the report.
    • Department: Filter data based on specific departments.
    • Location: Narrow down the results by location, if required.
    • Status: Choose option as Not Submitted, Waiting for Approval, Approved, Rejected & Partially Approved.

Generate the Report:
Click on Run to view the data. The report will display employee names along with details like timesheet hours, shifts, leaves, and holidays for the specified period.




Download the Report:
To save the report, click the Download Icon. The data will be exported, typically in Excel format, for easy offline review and sharing.



By leveraging this report, admins can maintain accurate records, improve transparency, and ensure compliance with company policies.
