In Keka, while you can create multiple leave encashment policies, these policies cannot be directly assigned to a specific department. However, you have the flexibility to select the applicable leave encashment policy for each individual during the year-end processing. This approach allows for a degree of customization in how leave encashment is managed, but it is based on individual selection rather than departmental assignment. Therefore, while you cannot set a department-wide encashment policy automatically, you can manually apply different policies to individuals within the same department as needed during the year-end processing.
