Steps to View and Approve/Reject Empty Timesheets

Log in to the Keka Portal and click on the Project tab from the main menu. In the Project section, select the Approvals option. Under the Approvals tab, click on Empty Timesheet Approvals. The Empty Timesheet Approval section will display all the pending empty timesheets requiring action.




Approve or Reject Timesheets:

    • To approve a timesheet, click the Approve button next to the entry.
    • To reject, click the Reject button and optionally provide a reason for rejection.
