How to Setup Reminder to update Objective progress?
During the performance cycle, the employees are expected to update the progress of their objectives from time to time so as to maintain track of their performance throughout the cycle. in Keka employees have a dedicated performance dashboard on their profile to keep track and maintain the same. Keka offers you the option to send reminders to all employees as per the frequency setup by the Performance admin.
Here's how you can setup the same -
Go to the Performance (1) module and into the Goals (2) section where you'll see the Settings (3) tab. Under Time Frames (4), click on Edit Settings (5).
Select your desired Frequency of Goals updates and click Save to enable the same.
This is how you can setup reminders for objective progress.
Setting up Event Triggers for organizations to notify employees and managers
To set up event triggers for notifying employees and managers, go to the Settings section and select Communications. Next, proceed to Event Triggers, locate the Performance Employee's Objective Progress Updated option, and toggle it on.
There are two actions available under this event trigger: email to self and email to managers. Organizations can configure either or both of these actions based on their needs.
