How to set a minimum and maximum limit of goals/objectives to be set for the employees?
Keka provides you with an option to set the minimum and maximum limits of goals/objectives to be set for the employees so that whenever someone tries to assign some number of goals to the employees, they can have a limit assigned and will then be gauged accordingly.
Go to the Performace (1) section of the Keka Portal and click on the Objectives/Goals (2) (as per the terminology set by the admin) section. Then click on the Settings (3) tab.
You'll be taken to the Objective Settings (1) tab. Then click on Edit (2) option of the Advanced Objective Settings.
Then set the minimum and maximum (1) objectives/goals that can be assigned during a time frame. Then click on Save (2).
