How to release review summary to all employees?

Ideally, the feedback an employee receives regarding his or her strengths and weaknesses will be invaluable to show how they can put their interests and talents to the best use to benefit the organization. Employee performance reviews are an easy way to ensure you and your employee are on the same page. In addition, by letting someone know where they can improve, you are providing feedback that can improve performance dramatically. So after a review is completed, it is important to release the reviews to employees.


To release reviews for employees in Bulk, in the Performance (1) Menu go to Reviews (2) and go to the Review Cycles. Choose the specific Review Cycle  you would like to release for the review and click on View progress (3).

Here move to Finalized to see all the employees whose review process is completed and are waiting for it to be released. Here you can use the check box available to select all the employees for whom you would like to release the review. Once checked click Publish Review.



Once you click complete, please write a Comment and click Complete & Release in case you want to complete the review and release it to the employees. However if you want to complete the review but release it to the employees at a later stage, you can click the Complete option available.



In case you have clicked on complete in the previous step and now would like to release it to the employees you can use the same Check Box to select the employees and then under the Options available beside Complete Review select Manage Review Visibility.



In the window select Show Review result to Employee and then click on Confirm.

In case you would like to release the review for an individual employee only, you can use the Options available under Actions and select Release Review.



In the Release Review page check the review details of the employee and click Release.
