How to regularize attendance on behalf of employees?

    Sometimes an employee may miss marking their attendance online or the biometric device may not capture the attendance properly. In such cases Keka allows you to regularise the attendance logs on behalf of the employee.


    To do so open the employee's profile on the Keka HR portal using the search bar at the top of the portal. Go to the Time (1) section and click on the Attendance (2) tab. 




    Scroll down to see the Attendance Log under Logs & Requests


    Find the date for which you want to make regularisation and click on the three dots in the Log column then select Regularise from the menu. 




    The Request Attendance Regularization window will open where you have to select whether you want  to 'Add/update time entries to adjust attendance logs' or 'Raise regularization request to exempt this day from tracking policy penalisation.' 


    If you select the first option, you will also have to enter the in and out timings for attendance adjustment.

    Lastly, add a Note stating the reason for regularisation and click on Request.
