How to integrate Keka Hire with LinkedIn
We understand that integration with job boards is essential as it not only enhances the efficiency of the recruitment process but also ensures broader visibility, improved data accuracy, and better decision-making through analytics. It aligns with the goal of attracting, managing, and hiring top talent in a competitive job market.
Therefore, the Keka Hire platform allows integration with the top job board platforms LinkedIn and Naukri!
Let us take a look at how to go about setting up the integration between the two job board platforms and Keka portal.
Navigate to the Hire section (1) and select the Apps option (2). From there, proceed to the Org Apps category (3).On this page, you will see the Job Boards section under which you will see cards for Naukri and LinkedIn.
Navigate down the page to find the cards for Naukri and LinkedIn.
To integrate your Naukri portal with the Keka Hire portal, click on the Configure button within the Naukri card.
An overlay window will open up asking you to enter your API Key. Once entered, click on Update to complete the integration process.
Once the integration is complete, you have the option to enable or disable the integration by switching the toggle on the Naukri card.
To integrate your LinkedIn portal to your keka Hire portal, Click on the Configure button within the LinkedIn card.
A pop-up window will appear prompting you to input your Company Name and Company ID. The system should automatically populate the Company Name field with the name pulled from your organization’s profile.
After filling in the necessary information, click on the Update button to finalize the integration.
The Company ID is a string of numbers, usually 6 to 9 digits long, and can be retrieved by clicking on an existing job listing on your organization's LinkedIn portal, and in the URL section, look for the set of digits after the C= mark, that will be your Company ID.
