How to get the status report of proof submissions for IT declaration?

Keka provides a report where all the details about the employee investment declaration status. Instead of manually checking each and every employee's declaration status, the admin can refer to this report. 

This is how you can check and download the report of the same - 

Go to the Payroll (1) section of the Keka Portal, and click on Reports (2). Then under Salary Reports go to the Income Tax Reports tab. Now click on the  Proof Submission Report.

Once you click on the report, select the filters as per the requirement i.e., Pay Group, Financial Year, Proof Submission Status, Employment Status, Job Title, Department, Location, Business Unit, and Cost Center (1), and click on Run (2). This is how you can download the proof status report of tax declarations.
