How to get a report of all punch ins/punch outs done by employees for a date range?

The report of employee punch-ins and outs for a date range is important to track attendance, ensure accurate payment, identify issues, and address disputes related to employee work hours.


To access this report on Keka portal, navigate to Time Attend(1) and go to Reports(2). Scroll down to find the Attendance Request Reports(3) section, under which you will find 'Web Clock-ins (includes Forgot ID requests)' and 'Remote Clock-ins'.


Both of these reports will give you the information about the ins and outs of the employees. 




When you click on either of these, a new window will open up where you have to select the date range for which you want the report. 


You can also select more filters Filters to filter the report based on Business Unit, Department, and Location.

Click on Download report once to generate the report and choose from Excel or PDF.



After the report is generated you can click on the download option to save the file.
