How to get a report of all punch ins/punch outs done by employees for a date range?

    The report of employee punch-ins and outs for a date range is important to track attendance, ensure accurate payment, identify issues, and address disputes related to employee work hours.


    To access this report on Keka portal, navigate to Time Attend and go to Reports



    Scroll down to find the Attendance Request Reports section, under which you will find 'Web Clock-ins (includes Forgot ID requests)' and 'Remote Clock-ins'.


    Both of these reports will give you the information about punch ins and outs of the employees. 




    When you click on either of these, a new window will open up where you have to select the date range for which you want the report. 


    You can also select Show Advanced Filters to filter the report based on Business Unit, Department, and Location.

    Click on Run once to generate the report.



    You can also select what columns to show in the generated list by clicking on the three dots (1). Next to that, you also have the option to download (2) the report.
