How to enable/edit offer letter approval

Recruiters may need to get the offer letters approved by the upper management before they are finally released to employees to ensure they meet the policy and budget requirements. To ensure the same, Keka offers you the option to enable an approval chain for offer letters so the flow is followed when an offer letter is generated.

Let us look at how we can enable/edit offer letter approval in Keka - 

In the Keka Hire portal, go to the Settings (1) section where you'll see the Offer Letter Approvals (2) tab.

Enable (1) approval so that you can get the approval chain configuration view. Enter the stakeholders responsible for the approval (2) and click Save (3) to save the same.
