How to Enable Proposed Ratings?
The Performance rating measures an employee's performance based on the organization's level of standard performance. However, based on what the questions and objectives are measuring, the final rating provided in the Review may not be an accurate measure of the employee's performance. In this case, the reviewer may want to change the rating based on factors that may not be included in the review form. The proposed rating gives us the option to change the final review of the employee.
To enable Proposed Rating in a review cycle In the Performance (1) Menu go to Review (2) and under Reviews select the Review Cycles (3) in which you want to enable proposed rating. Next, click on the icon with three dots located in the Action Column.
You will then be directed to the review setup page. Find the Review Form section within the Review Form Options and click on it to open the Additional Settings menu.
In Additional Settings, under the Feedback Form page, you can see the Proposed Rating section. Here select the Reviewers who can provide a Proposed Rating and click Save.
I hope that this article helped you know how to enable the proposed rating for a review cycle in Keka. Need more help? You can look through the other articles available or Contact Us!
