How to enable/edit the settings for attendance regularisation for past-dated adjustments?

Attendance regularization is a crucial process to ensure that employee attendance records are accurate. Sometimes, employees may forget to clock in or out, leading to errors in attendance records. In such cases, past-dated adjustments are necessary to make corrections to the attendance records.

To edit the settings for attendance regularization in Keka, navigate to Time Attend (1) and then go to Attendance Tracking (2). Ensure that you're on the Capture Scheme (3) tab and select the relevant capture scheme. Click on the Update icon (4) to open a new window.

On the Update Capture Scheme window, proceed to the Regularisation section.

If you want employees to adjust their own attendance, simply toggle the switch for Attendance adjustment and Attendance regularisation in the Regularisation section.

Here check the option for Let employees regularise/adjust up to days after the incident Now you can set a time range beyond which the employees will not be able to request for regularisation for past-dated adjustment.

Now click on Save to save the settings and then exit the window.

By following these simple steps, you can adjust the attendance records for missed or incorrect entries, ensuring that the records are accurate.
