How to edit permissions to provide feedback?
Keka allows managers to leave feedback on employee profiles, which can be seen by employee & their managers can see. This feedback serves as a reference for an employee to understand & improvise their performance. Keka offers you the ability to change settings regarding feedback permissions.
Let us take a look at how can we edit the Feedback settings.
Navigate to the Performance (1) tab, then click on Continuous Feedback (2) & select Settings (3). Under Feedback Settings, click on the Edit settings (4) to make changes regarding the permissions.
Make the changes as per your requirement (1) and click on Save (2) to update the changes.
