How to edit candidate details?

A candidate is an individual who aspires to something or has the potential for a specific purpose. In the context of Keka Hire, a candidate refers to someone who is seeking to be hired, elected, or selected for a particular job position and is deemed suitable for the role or task.


In the Keka Hire platform, candidate profiles that are sourced and added for a job position may sometimes have incomplete or incorrect details. In such cases, the Global admin or Recruiters may need to manually fill in or correct these details. Fortunately, Keka provides the flexibility to edit candidate details manually on the Hiro portal.


Now, let's take a look at how you can easily edit candidate details on Keka Hire.


Access the candidate's profile either using the Global Search, the Candidates section, or through a specific job in the Jobs section.


Once you click on the Candidates tab, you will find a list of all the candidates where you can click on the name of the candidate which will redirect you to the Candidate profile.



Once we're inside a candidate's profile, please use the edit icon indicated below to make changes to the candidate's profile.



You may edit and make changes wherever necessary and click on Update Candidate.
