How to edit automatic Creation of Timeframe settings in Performance?/How to add an Ad-hoc timeframe for Objectives in Keka?
In Keka, employees are given objectives based on specific timeframes. If you want the same objectives to apply across multiple timeframes, you'll have to set them up individually for each one. But here's the good news: Keka lets you automate this process. You can set up the starting month and how often objectives get created and filled out. This way, your objectives keep rolling without you having to reset them every time.
To edit the automatic timeframe creation settings go to Performance (1) and select Objectives (2). Here under Settings (3) select Time frames (4). You can see the present settings under the Time Frame settings.
To edit the settings, click on the Edit settings option.
You can change the settings under Select the frequency to create Goals cycles and the Frequency of Goals updates. Once done click Save. This will update the frequency of the Timeframes that will be created.
In case you would like to add a Time Frame apart from the automatically created ones, you can do so by clicking on Add Time Frame option available.
Then in the window select the Time Frame Name, Start date and End Date. Once these are selected click Add to add the time Frame.
Hope the process to add edit the Automatic creation of time frame settings and the option to add an ad-hoc timeframe is now clear. Need more help? You can refer to the other articles available or Contact us!
