How to download Leave Balance report?
Learn how to download the leave balance report in Keka HRMS. Track employee leave balances and ensure accurate records with detailed reports.
In organizations with a large number of employees, it can be challenging to individually access and gather information about each employee when needed. That's where reports come in to save the day! Reports consolidate employee data into one convenient location.
One such report is the Employee Leave Balance report, which provides the leave balance of all employees in the organization. You can easily download this report for all the leave calendar years that you have utilized Keka for. With this comprehensive report at your fingertips, managing and tracking employee leave balances has never been easier.
To download the leave balance report, navigate to Time Attend (1) and select Reports (2). Under Leave Reports, you can find Leave Balances of Employees (3).
After selecting the Leave Balances of Employees Report, you can select the Leave Plan (4) and the Leave Calendar Year (5) for which you would like to check the leave balance and click Run (6).
You can also download the report in an Excel by clicking on the Download Button (7) available.
