How to download employee documents?

The "Documents" section plays a crucial role in ensuring the secure storage and convenient access to all employee-related documents. This acts as a repository and safeguards essential files like identity proofs, offer letters, degrees, certificates, and previous work experiences. Within the Keka portal, the "Documentation" tab serves as a reliable tool for efficiently managing and retrieving these critical documents. 


Admins can download these documents by following the below mentioned steps 


Go to the Global search bar (1) and search the name of the employee who's document has to be downloaded, and click on Documents (2). Then select the document folder (3) that needs to be downloaded.


Once you click on the Document Folders and go to any document and click on the Three dots (1) and select View/Update Document (2).  



Once you click on View/Update Document, the document file will open.


On the document page, click on the download icon mentioned on top of the file. The file will be downloaded and is ready to view.


Alternatively you can also follow the below mentioned procedure to download the documents.


Go to the Org (1) section of the Keka Portal, and click on Documents (2). Then go to the Employee Documents (3).

 

Then go to the Verified Documents (1) tab and click on the download icon (2) in the actions section.
