How to delete goals assigned to an employee or in bulk?
Goals are metrics-based objectives that every organization assigns to employees with the hope of achieving the desired deliverables within a given span of time. While there might be internal movement, as a result of which the goals might have to be deleted in order to assign the new ones.
Keka offers you the flexibility to delete the goals assigned to employees in bulk.
Here's how the performance admin can delete the same -
Go to the Performance (1) module and into the Goals (2) section where you'll see the Administration (3). Here switch over to the Active Goals (4) tab.
Select (1) the goals that need to be removed in bulk using the select button and click the Delete (2) button
Please note that if the goal's timeframe is closed or locked, you will not be able to delete the goal.
