How to Delete a 1:1 Meeting?
1:1 Meetings are discussions that take place between employees who are part of a review cycle and their managers who is responsible for gauging their performance. These can be conveniently scheduled and tracked through Keka.
Once a 1:1 meeting has been scheduled, Keka offers you the option to delete them if they are no longer relevant due to changing circumstances.
Here's how a 1:1 meeting can be deleted on Keka -
FOR REPORTING MANAGERS
Go to the My Team (1) tab where you'll see the Performance (2) section. Under 1:1 Meetings (3) go to the Meeting (4) which you wish to be deleted.
Using the actions button Click Delete meeting to delete the same.
This is how a 1:1 meeting can be deleted by the reporting manager
FOR EMPLOYEES.
Go to the Me (1) tab where you'll see the Performance (2) section. Under 1:1 Meetings (3) use the actions button and click Delete meeting (4) to delete the same.
