How to credit a comp-off to an employee?

    Employers should provide comp offs to their employees as a means of recognizing and compensating them for the extra effort and time they have put in beyond their regular working hours. Comp-offs are a great benefit to offer your employees to keep them engaged.  


    Now we are going to show you how to credit a comp-off to an employee through Keka.


    Search for the employee and open their Profile. Now go to the Time (1) tab of the employee's profile under which you'll find the Leave (2) tab. Below the Appy Leave option, you will see the option to Award Credit for Compensatory Off (3).




    In the Select leave type drop-down, choose Comp offs.  Enter the dates for which the Comp-Off is awarded in the Compensatory Off Dates field.  You can also choose to award a half-day comp-off to the employee. Click on Confirm to credit the leave.
