How to create badges?
Keka provides you with the option to add badges to praise the employees and keep them motivated. You can create different badges with the terms with which employees need to be praised.
Go to the Performance (1) section of the Keka Portal, and click on Continuous Feedback (2). Then go to the Settings (3) tab.
Scroll down to Praises & Badges, and click on +Add Badge (1).
Now fill in the Badge Name and Description and then choose the color and icon for the badge (1). Then click on Save (2), and the badge would be created.
