How to create a canned response in Helpdesk?
In Keka's helpdesk module, you can up your productivity game by using canned responses. These are pre-written answers that save you the hassle of typing out the same responses again and again. Here's how you can set these up in the helpdesk module:
Go to the Org module and into the helpdesk section where you'll see the settings tab. Under canned responses, click Add response
Suggest a Response title, provide the Message, and click Create
