How to configure the option to submit current timesheets even if past timesheets are pending for submission?

Timesheets are usually submitted as per the Timesheet periods. Usually, employees submit timesheets at the end of a timesheet period. In case you would like to allow employees to submit current timesheets without submitting them for past periods, you can configure it in Timesheet Policies.


To enable it go to Project (1) and select Policies & Settings (2). Here under Timesheet Policy, you can find Timesheet Policies which has the list of all the timesheet policies. Now select the Policy you want and click Edit available beside Timesheet Policy Settings.



In the window, move to Submission settings and select Allow submitting current timesheets even if past timesheets are not submitted. Once this is selected click Update.
