How to clone an existing Leave Plan?

    In an organization, there might be different annual quotas for employees at different levels. For example, the leave quota might be higher for an employee at the management level than at the associate level. Instead of creating & setting up the same configuration multiple times, Keka offers you the ability to clone the leave plan along with the Leave types. The cloning of the leave plan will reduce the efforts of setting up each leave type individually again from scratch.

    Here is how you can clone an existing Leave Plan:

    Navigate to the Time Attend (1) tab & click on Leave (2). Under the Leave Plans tab, select the required Leave Plan (3) that you wish to clone (in case of multiple leave plans).

    Once you have selected the required Leave Plan, click on the 3 dots (1) & select Clone Leave Plan (2).



    Then add the Name (1) for the new Leave Plan, you may add a Description if you wish to. Then Select the leave types (2) that you would like to clone to the new leave plan & click on Clone.



    Once done, you will have a new Leave plan created along with all the settings cloned for the leave types from the previous existing leave plan.
