How to check which employee has taken the most breaks?
Identifying employees who take too many breaks can be important because it can lower productivity and efficiency. Employers can take necessary steps to improve their productivity, such as providing additional support or addressing underlying issues. Monitoring breaks can also reveal attendance or time management issues, which employers can again address to maintain a productive work environment.
On Keka, you can access the reports reflecting the information of such employees by going to Time Attend (1) and then going to Reports (2).
Scroll down to find a section titled Negligence Reports, where you will find 'Frequent Breaks - Employee Moving Out of Office Frequently' and 'Least Hours Worked - Worked less than effective hours'
Both reports provide information on employees who take longer and more frequent breaks.
When you click on either of these, a new window will open up where you have to select the date range for which you want the report.
You can also select Show Advanced Filters to filter the report based on Business Unit, Department, and Location.
Click on Run once to generate the report.
You can also select what columns to show in the generated list by clicking on the three dots (1). Next to that, you also have the option to download (2) the report.
