Performance FAQs

How to check the review/rating of an employee before releasing the review form?

The rating that an employee receives is meant to reflect their performance over the appraisal period, as measured by the achievements and execution of key job functions and progress in achieving goals.

A performance review is a formal discussion between the Manager and the Employee. The manager evaluates an employee's work performance, identifies strengths and weaknesses, offers feedback, and sets goals for future performance during a specific timeframe. These are commonly held annually but may happen bi-annually or quarterly.
