How to check the reason a candidate is archived in HIRE?

In Keka Hire, admins have the option to archive candidates who applied to the organization but were not selected for the position. Archiving allows admins to retain these candidates' information instead of permanently deleting it. This way, if there is a need to review the reasons for archiving at a later date, the information remains accessible.

Below is the path for the same -


Navigate to the Hire section (1), then select Candidates (2), and click on Archived (3). The Archive Reason (4) will be displayed next to each candidate's name.
