How to check the login history of employees?

All employee login details are recorded on Keka with the Login Source, IP address and Login Time. You can view this data for a time range or download a report.


To view the Login History of employees, go to Org (1) and select Employees (2). Here under Logins (3) you will find Login History (4). Now select the Date Range (5) you want and you will see all the employee logins for the selected Time frame.



 

If you want to download a report, go to Org (1) and navigate to Dashboard (2). Here you can find Employee reports (3).



 

Now scroll down to Logins and you can see Login History.



 

In the report, select the Business unit as it is a mandatory field. You can use the other filters as applicable and click Run. Once the report is generated, you can use the Download Icon available to download the report.
