How to check the location punches of employees?

Learn how to check the location punches of employees in Keka HRMS. Monitor employee attendance and ensure accurate location tracking for better workforce management.

Location tracking involves monitoring and recording a person's geographical position in real-time or over a specific period using GPS. If enabled, Keka tracks employees' locations at regular intervals based on the settings. To monitor location punches, Keka offers a report displaying employees' location punches, complete with coordinates and addresses. To access this report, follow the path below:


Go to the Time Attend (1) section of the Keka Portal, and click on Reports (2).


Then scroll down to Attendance Request Reports and click on Mobile Location Punches.



Once you are on the Mobile Location Punches report, select the Date Range and click View report to get the details. 



To download the report, click on the Download report icon and choose between Excel or Pdf format and click on respective.
