How to check employees who are in notice period?

Employees who have given notice of leaving the organization, have to serve a certain period in order to get relieved. It gets very difficult for the Admin to check the employees who are in notice period one by one. Hence, Keka provides a report where all the employees who are in notice period will display. 

Follow the below path for the same -


Go to the Org (1) section of the Keka Portal and you'll be taken to Summary (2). Then click on Employee Reports (3). 

 

Scroll down to the bottom and click on Employee in Notice Period under New Joins & Exit. 

 

 

Select the filters like Business Unit, Department, Location, and Exit Type and Exit Reason  and click on Run to generate the report.
