How to change the minimum or maximum number of nominations for peers/subordinates/any other custom reviewers?
While setting up a review cycle, performance admins may wish to add peers or any additional reviewers as part of the reviewers to ensure the employee feedback gets to be portrayed as unbiased as possible. While peers are nominated, the performance admin is expected to limit the number of peers that can be nominated to stabilize the same.
Here's how the performance admin can limit the number of reviewers:
Go to the Performance (1) module and into the Reviews (2) section, where you'll see all the review cycles (3) created. Pick one review cycle from the list and click on the three dots (4) to edit the cycle settings.
In the Start Review setup, navigate to the Reviewers tab and click on the "+Add more reviewers" option to include peers, external reviewers, and subordinates. After making your selections, be sure to click on Save to confirm the changes.
After adding the reviewers, you will see all of them listed in the Reviewers tab. In the Nomination section, you can now specify who is allowed to nominate peers, external reviewers, and subordinates. Additionally, you can also set the minimum and maximum number of reviewers permitted for this cycle. Once you have made your selections, click Next to proceed with the setup.
This is how the admin can define the minimum & maximum number of additional reviewers for a cycle.
