How to change the holiday date?

    An organization may need to change a holiday date in its system due to changes in the official holiday calendar, internal policy changes, or errors in the original holiday date. These changes may be necessary to ensure that employees are aware of the correct dates for holidays and to avoid any confusion or scheduling conflicts that may arise from inaccurate information. 


    To change a holiday date on Keka, navigate to Time Attend (1), then go to Shifts/Weekly Offs & Holidays (2) and open the Holidays (3) tab.


    Select the relevant Holiday List (1) from the left panel, find the holiday you want to change the date for, and then click on the Update icon (2) in the Action column.



    This will give you an option to update the holiday where you can make necessary changes. Finally, click on green tick mark  to save the information.
