How to assign weightages for reviewers and paramaters on review form?

During the setup of the review cycle settings, weightages need to be assigned to the reviewers as well as the parameters on which the performance is calculated based on which the overall rating is calculated.

Go to the Performance (1) module and into the Reviews (2) section where you'll see the review cycles. Choose the specific Review Cycle (3) and click on the actions tab of Clone Settings (4) for that cycle. Once done, click on Edit (5).

In the second step, assign the reviewer weightages vertically in a way it sums upto 100 and for the parameters assign them horizontally to sum up to 100.
