How to assign a calibrator and initiate calibration for an employee in Post review process?
After all the reviewers have submitted the review form, a rating is given to the employee based on the reviewers' ratings and their weightages assigned. Some organizations would like to refine these ratings further by assigning a Calibrator. The role of a calibrator is to analyze the ratings given by all the reviewers and provide a final rating for the employee.
To assign a Calibrator to employees go to Performance (1) and select Reviews (2). Here under Review Groups, you can see all the Review Groups available. Select the Review Group and the Review cycle you want and click on View Progress (3).
Now in the Review cycle move to Post Review process. Then under Calibration, you can see 3 stages. Under Assign Calibrator & Initiate Calibration click Start Calibration.
On the page, select the employees you want using the Check box and click Assign Calibrator.
In the Pop-up, you can see a search bar available. You can either select from the roles available or search for the employee's name. Once the calibrator is selected, you can click Assign.
Once you click assign, select the employees again and click Initiate.
Hope the process to assign a calibrator and initiate calibration is now clear. Need more help? You can refer to the other articles available or contact us!
