How to invite a calibrator and initiate calibration for an employee in the post-review process?
After all the reviewers have submitted the review form, a rating is given to the employee based on the reviewers' ratings and their weightages assigned. Some organizations would like to refine these ratings further by assigning a Calibrator. The role of a calibrator is to analyze the ratings given by all the reviewers and provide a final rating for the employee.
To invite a Calibrator to employees, go to Performance (1) and select Reviews (2). Here under Review Cycles, select the Review Cycle (3) you want and click on View Progress (4).
In the Review Cycle, proceed to the Post Review Analysis section. Here, under the Calibration (5) tab, you have the option to filter by department, business unit, and manager to identify the specific employees for whom you wish to start the calibration process.
Once you click on Calibrate, a new window will open displaying a list of employees. From this list, you can select the employees for whom you wish to assign a Calibrator by clicking on the "Invite Calibrator (7)" option.

In the pop-up, you can see a search bar available. You can either select from the roles available or search for the employee's name. Once the calibrator is selected, you can click Invite (9).
Once you click invite, you will see the calibrator has been added. Now select the employees again and click on Finalize Calibration.

Hope the process to invite a calibrator and initiate calibration is now clear. Need more help? You can refer to the other articles available or contact us!
