How to approve a raised requisition request?
The word requisition means request. Therefore, a job requisition is a formal document that company managers or supervisors use to request to hire a new employee. It serves as the formal request for the new position. The document outlines the requirements of a company or an organization and the budget to make the new hire. Once the managers raise a requisition request, it has to be approved by a certain level of senior hierarchy or managers and once it gets approved, then it will reflect in the Hire Portal.
Below is the path from where the set hierarchy can approve the requisition request-
Go to the Org (1) section of the Keka Portal, and click on Hiring (2). Then go to the All Requisitions (3) tab.
Then click on Pending Approvals (1) and select the check box of employee name/s (2) and click on Approve (3).
Once you click on Approve, a pop-up will appear on your screen as shown below -
Click on Confirm (as highlighted).
This is how you can approve a requisition. Once the requisition is approved, this will reflect in the Keka Hire Portal.
