How to allow employees to take half day WFH?

In some cases, admins want to give employees the option to take half day, as the employee might want to work from home for half day and from the office for the rest half. In such cases, Keka provides you the option to enable half day.  

Follow the below path to enable the setting-


Go to the Time Attend (1) section of the Keka Portal, and click on Attendance Tracking (2). Then go to the Capture Scheme (3) tab.


Now select any capture scheme under which changes need to be made. Here, we are taking Executive Capture Scheme (1) for instance. Then click on the Pen Icon (2).



You have to go to the 4th Step i.e., Work From Home/ On Duty (1). Once the Work From Home (2) option is enabled, select the check box "Is Half day work request allowed?" (3). Now click on Save & Continue (4).




This is how you can allow employees to take half day.
