How to allow employees to take half day WFH?
Learn how to allow employees to take half-day leave in Keka by configuring leave policies and settings for better flexibility in attendance management.
In some cases, admins want to give employees the option to take half day, as the employee might want to work from home for half day and from the office for the rest half. In such cases, Keka provides you the option to enable half day.
Follow the below path to enable the setting-
Go to the Time Attend (1) section of the Keka Portal, and click on Attendance Tracking (2). Then go to the Capture Scheme (3) tab.

Now select any capture scheme under which changes need to be made. Here, we are taking Executive Capture Scheme (1) for instance. Then click on the Pen Icon (2).

This will open the Capture Scheme setup page. If the Remote Work option is not already included, click on "+Add capture methods" and then select "Remote Work" from the list.
Next, navigate to the Remote Work section and activate the Work from Home option by toggling the switch. Then, select the Allow Half Day WFH checkbox to enable this feature, and be sure to click Save to apply your changes.
This is how you can allow employees to take half day.
