PSA FAQs

How can I add or edit project health parameters in Keka PSA?

Project health is a key indicator of a project's overall status and condition, as indicated by timesheet data. It evaluates the project's progress, determining whether it is on track, within budget, and successfully achieving its goals. By examining timesheet data, project managers and stakeholders can gain valuable insights into the project's health.

Keka provides the flexibility to customize project health parameters according to your specific needs.

Now, let's explore how to add or edit project health parameters.

To begin, navigate to the Project section (1). Next, click on Policies & Settings (2) and select the Project Health option (3). In the Project Health tab, you will see an option to click on + Add Health Parameter (4) to introduce a new parameter.

Alternatively, if you wish to modify an existing parameter, simply click on the Edit (5) icon located under the Actions menu.

In the Overlay window, input the Health Parameter (1) in the designated field. If desired, you can also provide a description for further clarity. Once you have entered the necessary information, click on the Add button (2) to save your changes.
