How to add signature on Keka Hire?
Once the hiring process is completed, then admins send the offer letters to candidates who have cleared all the levels of interviews. In order to get the offer letter e-signed, a signature needs to be added and then that signature can be used in every offer letter.
Below is the path from the same -
Go to Hire(1) and click on Settings (1) section of the Keka Portal, and click on Signatures (3) under Offers & Documents. Then click on +Add New Signature (4).
Once you click on +Add New Signature, along with the employee name, click on Attach signature (1) and once the signature has been added, click on Add (2).
This is how you can add a signature.
