How to add more reasons for exit due to resignation or termination of an employee?
In this section, we can define exit reasons for employees. We can split these reasons into two main groups: Reasons for Voluntary Action, and Reasons for Company Action. Understanding these reasons helps us make better decisions about keeping employees and improving our organization.
Steps to update the reasons for exit due to resignation or termination of an employee are as follows,
Go to Org(1) from the left navigation menu. Under the Exits(2) tab you can find Settings(3) section click on it. Under the settings section you can find an option of Exit Reasons(4) click on it.
Once you click on Add Reason(5), a dialogue box appears where you need to enter the reason and click on Add(7) to save it.
The process of adding reasons is uniform for both voluntary actions and company actions, with the only distinction being the category you select when adding the reason.
Once you add and save these reasons they will appear during resignation or termination.
