How to add custom Attributes in offer letter template in HIRE?

The letter attributes that are present in Keka HIRE may not cover all the fields that you may want in the Letter. In such cases, you can use custom attributes that can be added and these values can be entered manually while generating the letter.


To add custom attributes in the letter template in Keka HIRE, go to Settings (1) and under Offers & Documents select Offer Letter templates (2). You can either create a new template or use the existing templates by clicking on Edit (3) available under options on the right. Please note that Custom attributes are unique to their Letter Templates. Custom attribute added in one Letter template will not be visible in other letter templates.



In the window move to Main Content and on the right search for Custom Attributes under Letter Attribute. Under Custom Attributes click Create Custom Attributes.



Here click Add field.



Now enter the Field Name, Field Type and Values (If Applicable). You can add more fields by clicking on Add field option available or you can Save & Close.



Now you can use the Custom Attribute by adding it to the letter body. Once it is added you can click Update to save the template.
